About Open Arbitration
Open Arbitration is a non-profit that makes arbitration work the way it was designed to — with full information on both sides, fair process, and public accountability. We build the tools and publish the data that support Informed Consent and Contractual Integrity in pre-dispute arbitration.
The platform is owned and operated by Make Sure It Happens Inc. (www.msih.org), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to transparency and fair process in arbitration markets.
